Will original Ford flywheels and a C4 conversion flywheel pass through the modified Flathead oil-pan opening?

Ed says the C4 conversion flywheel is about two inches shorter than the AOD example and that it, along with original Ford flywheels, can be moved in and out without removing the oil pan.
