How does Ed plan to fix the head-gasket leak on the .125-over Flathead?

Ed's plan is to drill the affected water holes out, drive in solid plugs about half an inch deep, then drill new water holes off to one side, away from the head gasket, to match the gasket's small hole. He expects to make eight plugs, four for the block and four for the heads.
