What is Ed fitting in place of the fuel pump for an oil fill on this Flathead?

With the fuel pump removed, Ed has no fill spout for oil, so he is having a standpipe made, about four inches tall with a chrome cap. He also confirms the coil adapter is fitted and an alternator sits where the generator used to be.
