How are the two thin belts routed on this 1953 Flathead?

There are two thin belts. Ed describes one running the lower pulley, an idler and one water pump, and the other running the alternator, the lower crankshaft pulley and the other water pump. Asked why someone would want the narrow belt, Ed says he does not know; it came on that motor.
