What goes into a Mercury-crank Flathead built for a 1949 panel truck?

Ed is building a 1949 to 1953 Flathead for a Texas customer's 1949 half-ton panel truck. The customer wanted the Mercury crank in it, and with the overbore Ed describes it as 255 cubic inch here and about 265 cubic inches later in the video. Otherwise it is basically a stock motor: the crankshaft was turned and polished, and a T5 5-speed will go on it with adapters.
