What shifter does Ed use with a C4 behind a Flathead?

Ed uses a Lokar shifter kit, which mounts on the transmission and which he says comes complete, with everything fitting in place. It has a long handle that looks like a regular Model A Ford shifter. He also notes that the transmission has the adapter to go to a Flathead, and that the adapter can be put on any Flathead.
