What is the plan for the transmission and clutch behind this Flathead?
Ed says the engine itself is done. A T5 Chevy five-speed is going behind it. The old clutch will not be reused, because Ed is sure it was completely out of balance; he will balance a new clutch on a different crankshaft, then assemble the adapter and the whole assembly before the engine goes back in the car, with a little machine work if it is needed.
