What was wrong with the clutch that made this Flathead shake?

Ed shows the old clutch: one of the fingers is completely worn down compared with the others. He says that when these clutches are put together they have to be set on a flywheel and torqued down to make sure the fingers are all the same height, and that step may have been missed. He thinks this is why the engine vibrated so much. The disc will not be reused either, since the new one for the T5 will have Chevy splines.
