Which Flathead cylinder heads are made as blower heads?

Steve lists the ones he knows. Edelbrock makes a blower head. Offenhauser does not advertise theirs as one, but it has a big chamber that can be opened up a little. Navarro has a blower version, and H&H Flatheads has a blower version of that. The Sharp head is a very thick casting whose chambers were once custom made, up to around 80 cc, which is the range Steve looks for. He says all of them are good heads.
