How does a stock 221 Flathead start and idle after a rebuild?

The engine is started on camera with the key. Barry calls it smooth and quick to start. Ed says that is where it should run and that it will run just like that in the car without being touched: put a wire on it, the fuel line, and the wire to the starter.
