cooling · FF-0438
Does coolant cross from one side of a Flathead to the other?
No. Steve says in a Flathead no water goes from one side of the engine to the other, and with the ARDUN conversion no water goes from one head to the other, so there are two inlets and two outlets. The engine has two water pumps; for the dyno test he made a stainless steel inlet piece so one connection feeds both pumps.
