How long does it take to change the ARDUN engine from a four barrel to the supercharger at the dyno?

Nobody started a timer. Steve guesses more than 30 minutes and less than an hour, probably closer to an hour, with a lot of help from Carter and Dave. The last step is the carburetor, which Ed and Robert are rejetting.
