What had to be changed to fit the blower intake on the ARDUN engine?
Steve had to cut out the back of the intake, make a plate, move it in about a quarter of an inch and reweld it, because it would not fit between the engine and the breather stand; he could see light through the corners. It is also said that the intake could have been radiused better where the carburetor feeds down through it.
