How close was Steve's engine software prediction to the dyno result?
His software gave between 414 and 439 horsepower at 5,500 and 6,000 RPM, and the engine made 416, which he calls pretty much on the money at the top end. He notes the software does not know things like valve spring pressures, though he is not saying the springs are why it nosed over at 5,700.
