What compression ratio did the ARDUN engine end up with, and how was it measured?

9.9 to 1. Besides flow testing the heads, Steve cc'd them: fill the chamber with a liquid such as alcohol or water using a pipette to measure the volume, then account for head gasket thickness and the rest.
