Why does the dyno show torque and oil pressure when the engine is only turned by hand?
Hand cranking the engine shows up on the dyno screen, which gets a laugh about how much torque you have on your arm. Asked whether oil pressure can take a little time to bleed down even when the engine is not turning, Robert King agrees: it is still reading because the pressure is still dropping, and he could zero it back out.
