What did rod bearings and pistons cost to find for this 1938 Flathead?

Ed turned the crank .020 and .020 and then could not find bearings. A friend named Steve had a set of rod bearings: $150 each, four of them, so $600 for a set. Standard pistons were needed as well, and they found a set.
