What does rebuilding this three-speed involve, and how do you reach the seals?
The job is all new bearings, seals and gaskets, which Ed bought from a supplier he does not name. To get the seals out he has to deal with rivets that were driven in where today you would use bolts: he cuts the ends off and pushes the pins out to get to the little seals.
