What oil temperature is fine for an ARDUN engine on the dyno?

Running cooler is fine on oil temperature. It is said that in a car these engines are hard to get above about 140. The oil pan had just been filled, and the oil and filter were still ice cold; the operator tries to keep it cold, 110 is okay, and both numbers are judged fine.
